The In-House Real Estate Representative is responsible for managing and supporting all real estate activities within the organization. This includes handling property transactions, coordinating leasing and sales processes, maintaining relationships with tenants and stakeholders, and ensuring that the company’s real estate assets are effectively utilized and aligned with business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day real estate operations, including leasing, renewals, and property inquiries
- Coordinate property sales and rental processes from listing to closing
- Conduct market research and analysis to support pricing and investment decisions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, brokers, and external partners
- Ensure all real estate activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies
- Maintain accurate property records, contracts, and documentation
- Assist in negotiating lease terms, contracts, and agreements
- Support property marketing efforts and coordinate with internal teams
- Monitor property performance and provide regular reports to management
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate field
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, leasing practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management systems
