Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the organization’s real estate portfolio by conducting regular assessments and implementing strategies to optimize property performance and value, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, using analytical tools to support investment decisions and enhance portfolio profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, ensuring effective communication and alignment across departments.
- Oversee property management operations, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and compliance with local regulations, to ensure a high standard of service and satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses, reports, and presentations for stakeholders, using advanced Excel skills and financial modeling to support strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including real estate brokers, contractors, and government agencies, to facilitate smooth transactions and partnerships.
- Monitor and manage budgets for real estate projects, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to timelines while identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Education: BA in Business or any related field
Experience: 6+ years of experience in the field
