We are hiring a Salesman to join our Team in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have to sell electrical and solar products, handle invoicing, prepare offers, and provide after-sales technical support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer client inquiries via phone and landline calls, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage showroom presentations for electrical brands.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and prepare invoices for customers.
  • Handle cash sales for electrical devices, offering solutions and after-sales technical support.
  • Prepare and send quotations and ensure follow-ups on orders.
  • Promote and sell solar system products, including inverters, batteries, and panels.
  • Follow up on client account statements, including overdue balances and payment terms.
  • Process product returns for customers, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Handle stock transfers between warehouses to maintain product availability.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when needed.
  • Support various departments with sales and technical assistance as required.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical product solutions is an asset.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical and solar products.
