We are hiring a Salesman to join our Team in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have to oversee all financial transactions, manage payments, handle cash flow, and properly manage the company’s financial resources.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all company payments, ensuring timely disbursement to suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Supervise and control the company’s safe transactions, ensuring proper documentation and security.
- Monitor daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, providing recommendations for cost optimization.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for transactions, loan applications, and payment processing.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
- Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and aligned with company policies.
- Oversee internal financial audits, verifying invoices, receipts, and payment approvals.
- Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.
- Manage financial risks, including fraud prevention and cash security measures.
- Prepare financial reports for management review and decision-making.
Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with cash flow management and banking transactions.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
