We are hiring an Assistant Operations Manager to join our Team in Lebanon. The ideal candidate must monitor daily operational activities, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily updates from drivers and supervisors.
  • Ensure proper reporting of orders and working hours by drivers.
  • Conduct daily follow-up with supervisors to ensure performance consistency.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding files (uniforms, licenses, etc.).
  • Track and manage operational assets.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory and follow up on the status of each item.
  • Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports to respective stakeholders and clients.
  • Follow up on fuel reports, maintenance, and bonuses/deductions reports.
  • Collect and relay client feedback regularly.
  • Maintain a recruitment file and ensure timely response to new hiring needs.
  • Monitor daily support files and maintain headcount data by client.
  • Ensure driver compliance with legal and internal documentation (e.g., driving license, registration).

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report generation.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
