We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Antelias, Lebanon. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will engage with clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate how our products can effectively meet those needs. Your expertise will not only help drive sales but also build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to identify their technical requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs to provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, utilizing your technical knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions based on client specifications, ensuring that the technical aspects align with business objectives and client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotes that clearly outline the technical specifications and advantages of our offerings to facilitate client decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine our strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives, leveraging your technical expertise to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the target market.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to showcase our products and services, network with potential clients and industry professionals, and increase brand visibility.
- Provide post-sales support and training to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our solutions effectively and enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and enable effective follow-up strategies that maximize sales opportunities.
Education: BE in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in this role
