Rana El Zayed is an HR professional and leadership expert with over 15 years of experience in human resources, training, and organizational development across the retail, food & beverage, and service industries. As a Managing Partner at TREX, Rana leverages her expertise to drive strategic growth and enhance organizational performance through cutting-edge HR practices and innovative leadership solutions.
Rana is a certified trainer by the Association for Talent Development (ATD), an internationally certified coach by Be:coach, and an active member of the Human Resources Syndicate in Lebanon. She holds an MBA in Management from Jean-Monnet, Saint-Etienne, a Master’s in Business Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching. Currently, Rana is a doctorate candidate researching “AI-Driven Learning and Development: The Role of HR in Enhancing Organizational Performance in Lebanese SMEs”, further solidifying her role as a forward-thinking leader in the HR field.
Known for her charismatic and result-oriented approach, Rana excels in designing and delivering impactful self-development workshops on emotional intelligence, leadership, team building, and performance management.
