Responsible for managing and maintaining all company facilities, supervising the Internal Maintenance employees, coordinating external contractors, and ensuring that all branches, warehouses, showrooms, and offices are safe and fully operational.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage and follow up on all internal maintenance activities. 
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. 
• Conduct regular inspections of branches, warehouses, showrooms, and offices. 
• Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, equipment, and general building conditions. 
• Assign maintenance tasks for internal maintenance team and verify the quality of completed work. 
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers. 
• Monitor maintenance expenses, quotations, materials, and spare parts. 
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and PPE requirements. 
• Support renovations, exhibitions, events, and new site preparation based on assigned tasks from the GM. 
• Report maintenance progress, urgent issues, costs, and recommended improvements to management. 
• Ensure urgent breakdowns are handled quickly to minimize operational disruption. 
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, warranties, and equipment. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field. 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience. 
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance. 
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple sites, contractors, priorities, and budgets. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus. 
• Valid driving license and ability to visit company locations when required. 

Working Hours/Days: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
