We are hiring an Insurance Consultant to join our team in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have to assess client needs, recommend suitable insurance plans, handle policy renewals and claims, and provide ongoing support while ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assess clients’ current insurance coverage, financial situation, and risk profile.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance products, including life, health, property, auto, and business insurance.
  • Recommend appropriate insurance plans and coverage options to meet client needs.
  • Compare various insurance policies and suggest the most suitable plans.
  • Handle policy renewals, amendments, and claims assistance.
  • Stay up-to-date on new insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies sold, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and insurance providers to process applications and resolve issues.
