Our Client in Haret Sakher is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently to a high standard, while managing household staff, coordinating services, and maintaining a comfortable, organized living environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day household operations and ensure everything is maintained to high standards.
- Supervise and manage household staff (cleaners, cooks, drivers, etc.), including scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with external service providers (maintenance, repairs, landscaping, security).
- Manage household budgets, expenses, and supply inventory.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and upkeep throughout the home.
- Plan and coordinate events, dinners, and family gatherings as needed.
- Handle errands such as shopping, paying bills, and scheduling service appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the household’s privacy.
- Ensure security protocols are followed and report any issues promptly.
- Assist with travel arrangements and preparation of the residence before/after travel.
Education: Bachelor’s in Hospitality or any related field
Experience: 4+ years of experience as a house or hotel manager.
