Our Client in Haret Sakher is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently to a high standard, while managing household staff, coordinating services, and maintaining a comfortable, organized living environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day household operations and ensure everything is maintained to high standards.
  2. Supervise and manage household staff (cleaners, cooks, drivers, etc.), including scheduling and performance monitoring.
  3. Coordinate with external service providers (maintenance, repairs, landscaping, security).
  4. Manage household budgets, expenses, and supply inventory.
  5. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and upkeep throughout the home.
  6. Plan and coordinate events, dinners, and family gatherings as needed.
  7. Handle errands such as shopping, paying bills, and scheduling service appointments.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and respect the household’s privacy.
  9. Ensure security protocols are followed and report any issues promptly.
  10. Assist with travel arrangements and preparation of the residence before/after travel.

Education: Bachelor’s in Hospitality or any related field

Experience: 4+ years of experience as a house or hotel manager.
