We are looking for a young, motivated, presentable, and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and develop our sales activities in the concrete and construction equipment sector. The successful candidate will visit batching plants, quarries, construction companies, equipment owners, and key decision-makers to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Regularly visit batching plants, quarries, construction sites, and customers to identify sales opportunities. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, managers, purchasing departments, and technical teams. 
• Promote and sell concrete and construction equipment, spare parts, and related solutions. 
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Generate new leads and actively develop the company’s customer base. 
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Prepare and submit quotations and sales orders in coordination with the internal team. 
• Monitor market activity, competitors, pricing, and customer needs. 
• Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets. 
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure high-quality customer service. 
• Represent the company professionally during customer visits and meetings. 
• Prepare regular reports on customer visits, opportunities, quotations, and sales pipeline. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. 
• A degree in Construction Engineering or a related technical field is also relevant. 
• Additional training or certifications in sales, construction equipment, concrete technology, or technical sales would be an advantage. 
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete equipment, construction machinery, and related systems is highly preferred.
