We are hiring a Civil Engineer to join our Client Team in Antelias, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. This role requires hands-on experience in design, site supervision, and project coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering plans and specifications for infrastructure, structural, and site development projects.
• Perform engineering calculations, technical drawings, and cost estimations in accordance with project requirements.
• Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, surveyors, and local authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Prepare technical reports, tender documents, and project documentation.
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and construction methods.
• Identify and resolve design and construction challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers or CAD technicians and contribute to team development.

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in civil engineering design, project management, or construction supervision.

Skills & Abilities: 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or related engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
