We are hiring a Showroom Manager to join our Client Team in Lebanon, Beirut. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid sales and interior design background. This role is responsible for managing daily showroom operations, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a visually appealing showroom that reflects the brand’s image and values.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily showroom operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the showroom meets brand standards in layout, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Handle high-value client interactions, providing expert advice and personalized solutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and merchandising teams to plan product displays, promotions, and events.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure stock availability.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to management on customer trends and buying behavior.
- Train and onboard new showroom staff, ensuring strong product knowledge and customer service excellence.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven sales track record with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of interior design principles and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
