We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our Client Team in Lebanon, Beirut. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused professional with a strong background in sales, preferably in the home decoration industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate, tailored solutions and product recommendations.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and showroom activities when needed.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle negotiations effectively.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
