We are hiring a Property Consultant to join our Team in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have to help clients buy, sell, or rent properties by providing expert advice, market insights, and tailored real estate solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consult with clients on how to sell their home quickly and for a good value.
- Take clients on home tours and attend open houses.
- Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home.
- Study your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales.
- Advertise your realtor services to the local community through marketing materials and networking.
- Maintain and update listings of your available properties.
- Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale
- Assist clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Find clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
- Analyse market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
- Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale.
- Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
- Communicate with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to understand and present contracts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business.
- Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanour
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
