We are hiring a Hostess to join our Client Team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have to operate the outlet under the guidance and supervision of the Outlet Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participates in decoration and preparing the restaurant for promotions and special events.
- Handle all complaints generously, efficiently and according to the Emaar guidelines.
- Ensures a working discipline and a smooth team work between service and other departments.
- Make sure that all rules and regulations according to Emaar guidelines are in use.
- Aware of the menu, beverage list, and other promotions Material, internal accounting system.
- Ensures a careful handling of all restaurant material. ▪ To assist the restaurant manager in controlling all restaurant material and eliminate chipped, broken or cracked dishes.
- Keep all restaurant furniture clean and polished in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
- To report all defective lighting, fixtures and other electrical matters.
- To be thoroughly familiar with the Outlet’s emergency procedures and is in a state of preparedness for any emergency.
- She is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant SOPs for her/his field of responsibility.
