We are hiring an F&B Operations Manager to join our Client Team in Egypt. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in standalone restaurants and hotel F&B operations and bring innovative leadership, service excellence, and strong financial acumen.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure operational standards, procedures, and brand guidelines are consistently followed.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of all F&B outlets.
- Monitor cost control, inventory, labor productivity, and procurement efficiency.
- Analyze P&L reports to drive financial results and operational improvements.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team across multiple F&B venues.
- Implement training programs to uphold service standards and team development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship to emerging leaders.
- Ensure a world-class guest experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage guest feedback systems and ensure proactive service recovery.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to deliver consistent quality and innovation.
- Utilize experience from standalone restaurants to elevate the distinct identity of each outlet.
- Assist in concept development, rebranding initiatives, and launching new F&B venues.
- Apply market knowledge and consumer trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Maintain HACCP and local regulatory requirements across all outlets.

- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Lebanese nationality with international exposure preferred.
- Track record of success in both hotel and independent F&B concepts.
- Passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and team development.
