We are hiring a Barista to join our Client Team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal experience by providing efficient and courteous service of food and beverage, maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment, and efficiently enhancing the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of real estate agents.
• To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable, and in good condition, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests.
• To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates.
• To ensure that mise en place levels are kept to standards
• To ensure that the pantry is always stocked and tidy, and to ensure efficient service.
• To ensure that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allowing corrective measures to be taken.
• Adheres to all recipes and presentation standards and consistently provides quality beverages, whole beans, and food products for all guests. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintaining a calm exterior during periods of high volume or unusual events to maintain a cleaned, comfortable store.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so colleagues can locate resources and product as needed.
•  Assists with new colleagues’ training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
•  Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Obtains beverages and bar supplies from the store room.
• Maintain accurate and complete knowledge of all products (F&B), services, facilities, equipment, procedures and policies, standards, promotions, and activities, business.
